Natali Gonzalez Guerrero

Natali Gonzalez Guerrero has worked in several companies since 2013. Natali began their career at Carvajal Empaques, where they held the role of Director of Human Management Colombia from 2013 to 2019. During this period, they were responsible for leading the Human Management Strategy in the company's plants in Colombia, ensuring the growth and development of people, social, labor and environmental welfare. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as an independent Human Resources Consultant in various multinational and local companies, advising on the construction of Human Resources strategy, providing personal and executive organizational coaching, and creating learning spaces in companies and universities. In 2020, they joined CODESA, where they held the roles of Director of Human Talent and Leader of Culture and Organizational Development, as well as Executive Organizational Coach. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources at dondoctor.

Natali Gonzalez Guerrero attended Universidad de San Buenaventura from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a degree in Psicologa. From 2018 to 2019, they attended Universidad ICESI and earned a Coach Ejecutivo Organizacional.
