Paul Van Lewen has a diverse and extensive work experience in various advertising and marketing agencies. Paul started their career in 2001 as an Account Executive at MRM//McCann and then worked as a Sr. Account Executive at KBS. In 2005, they became an Account Director at FCB Global and later served as an Account Supervisor at Kirshenbaum Bond Senecal + Partners. Paul then joined Saatchi & Saatchi as a VP, Group Account Supervisor before moving to Grey Group as an Account Director and Associate Director. In 2013, they joined Huge as a Group Engagement Director, overseeing digital AOR relationship with one of the agency's largest clients. Paul continued to hold this role until 2017 when they became a VP, Account Director at MRM//McCann. Their most recent position is as EVP, Brand Leader at Doner, a role they began in 2019.

Paul Van Lewen obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from Penn State University, which they attended from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Human-Centered Design from IDEO in 2018.
