Allard Kalverkamp

Allard Kalverkamp is an experienced operational excellence manager, currently working at Donkey Republic since May 2018, where responsibilities include initiating projects to enhance mobility service efficiency and managing change processes across various cities. Previous roles have included country operations manager for multiple European cities, where Allard successfully facilitated the introduction of shared bikes and fostered collaborations with social workshops. Co-founding Smart Cycles SL in Barcelona marked a significant achievement in launching the city’s first shared mobility service, while prior experience as managing director at BudgetBikes expanded operations into the largest bike rental and tour company in Barcelona. Allard holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Product Design from Delft University of Technology and has a diverse background in management, design, and operations in various industries.
