Timea Repei

Timea Repei has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and management. Timea worked as a Head of Talent Operations at Outvise, connecting companies with freelancers and interims. Prior to that, they were a Recruitment Team Leader for PwC at Randstad Sourceright, where they managed a team and was responsible for people and performance management, as well as account management for the client. Before that, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where they managed end-to-end recruitment processes and sourced IT professionals. Timea also has experience as a Talent Acquisition/Sourcing Lead at Wipro Technologies, focusing on the DACH region.

Timea Repei completed their Bachelor's degree in an unspecified field of study from St. Petersburg's University in 2007. Timea then pursued a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at ELTE University in Budapest from 2007 to 2012. In 2009, they received an Erasmus Scholarship and studied Intercultural Psychology at Lund University in Sweden for one year.
