Crystal Reed has over two decades of experience in the automotive and fleet management sectors. Currently serving as a Car/Light Truck Advisor at Donlen Corporation since 2006, Crystal provides customer service to fleet managers, drivers, and repair facilities, leveraging mechanical expertise to analyze diagnoses from repair teams. Prior to this role, Crystal worked as a Claims Advisor at Aon from June 2000 to January 2006, determining contract coverage and adjusting claims while focusing on cost reduction and denial of maintenance-related failures. Crystal's career in the automotive field began at Wheels, Inc. in 2000 as a Maintenance Advisor, offering customer service and ensuring cost-effective repairs for fleet vehicles. Crystal holds an Associate degree in Auto Technology from Triton College, completed between 1997 and 1999.
