Brandon B.

Brandon B. is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate development and finance. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Finance at Donnelley Financial Solutions (DFIN), Brandon leads global Corporate Development initiatives and oversees the Capital Markets business unit. Prior to this role, Brandon was the Vice President of Corporate Development for a compliance and risk management software provider, managing various strategic transactions including acquisitions and joint ventures. Brandon's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Corporate Development at UL, where over 40 transactions were executed, and roles at The Blackstone Group, Credit Suisse, and General Electric. Brandon holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Finance from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management.
