Erik Gatz

Erik Gatz currently serves as the Director of Support Operations and Client Enablement at Donnelley Financial Solutions, leading a team focused on observability, technology tools, process, training, knowledge management, and quality assurance since October 2023. Prior to this role, Erik was the IT Support Manager at Coupa Software, managing a team of Technical Support Engineers with an emphasis on Customer Success from May 2021 to October 2023. Erik's experience also includes providing computer support at the University of Pittsburgh, where responsibilities included team management within the IT department from January 2019 to May 2021. As a business owner of Allegheny Home Repair, Erik managed various home renovation services in 2018, and earlier, worked as an instructor at TechShop, Inc., where Erik taught a youth robotics camp and developed curriculum focusing on virtual reality and laser cutting. Erik holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the Community College of Allegheny County, earned between 2015 and 2017.
