Leah Trzcinski

Leah Trzcinski currently serves as the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Donnelley Financial Solutions (DFIN), a position held since August 2023. Previously, from April 2020 to August 2023, Leah worked at Morningstar as the Deputy Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, where responsibilities included providing strategic oversight of M&A transactions and advising the executive team on independent investigations. Prior roles include Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Morningstar, Assistant Corporate Secretary at The Dow Chemical Company, and Corporate & Financial Law Counsel at the same company, along with experience at Shearman & Sterling LLP and Bank of America. Leah holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from New York University School of Law, a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
