Christine Kotecki

Christine Marty Kotecki serves as the Director of People Operations at Donnelly-Boland and Associates, where the focus is on supporting startups, non-profits, and small businesses with accounting, HR, and operational needs. Previously, Kotecki held roles including Senior Human Resources Generalist at Homeward, Director of People Development and HR Business Partner at Ikos Holdings, and a performing artist with bombyx collective. Additional experience includes positions as Civic Innovation Specialist for the City of Pittsburgh, Coro Consulting Fellow, Finance and Site Operations Associate at City Year, Accounting & Finance Associate at Colacino Tax Partners, Teaching Artist with the NIA After School Program, and Operations Fellow at Dance/NYC. Kotecki holds a Master’s Degree in Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University's Heinz College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Dance Performance from Muhlenberg College.
