Scott S. Hermsen, PE, is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Resident Project Representative at Donohue & Associates, Inc. since June 2020 for the City of Wausau WWTF Improvements Project. Prior roles include Project Manager I at AECOM, where innovative engineering and program management services were provided across the Americas, and Civil Engineer - Special Projects for the City of Green Bay, focusing on public works projects.
