Carrie Fletcher

Carrie Fletcher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in event management and fundraising, currently serving as Group Account Director for Events & Digital at Donor Republic since June 2018 after progressing from Account Director. Prior roles include Event Marketing & Fundraising Manager at Multiple Sclerosis Ltd and Fundraising Relationship Manager at the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Carrie’s impactful tenure at Oxfam Australia, spanning from 2008 to 2014, included pivotal roles such as Event Manager for the inaugural Oxfam Trailwalker Perth and National Community Fundraising & Events Manager, where strategic event initiatives were developed to enhance fundraising efforts. Earlier career experiences include positions at AXA and Their Majesty's Court Service, along with Event Operations Coordinator at Event Wizard, where proficiency in operations and logistics for large-scale events was honed. Carrie holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Melbourne and additional qualifications in International Development and Tourism & Recreation Management.
