Sindiswa Cele

Sindiswa Cele has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 as a Volunteer at Ntokozweni Village for the Vulnerable, where they assisted in the Feeding Scheme program for orphans. In 2017, they worked as a Store Cashier at SPAR South Africa, ensuring excellent customer service. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Customer Support Representative at WNS Global Services SA, where their key responsibility was to attend to gas and electricity faults and complaints. In 2022, they joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Customer Success Associate until February 2023. Currently, they are a Customer Success Associate at Donorbox since February 2023.

Sindiswa Cele's education history begins in 2019 when they enrolled at the SA Maritime School and Transport College. From 2019 to 2020, they pursued a Certificate in International Trade at the same institution. In 2020, they continued their education at the SA Maritime School and Transport College, this time focusing on Customs Compliance and Freight Forwarding. Sindiswa completed their Certificate in this field in 2021. Later in 2021, Sindiswa attended SPECCON and obtained a Certificate in Customer Satisfaction.
