Janelle Lin

Janelle Lin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Podcast Host at DonorsChoose since January 2011, Janelle has successfully raised over $65 million in funding for classroom projects, including securing 21 seven-figure donations. Prior to this role, Janelle was the Managing Director at Step Up Women's Network from September 2006 to June 2010 and held the position of Director at LA’s BEST from August 2005 to September 2006. Early career experience includes a role as a Summer Associate at Scholastic in 2005. Janelle holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Coro Fellowship in Public Affairs, and a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from Pomona College.
