Lilibeth Resendiz has a diverse work experience in various organizations. In 2013 and 2014, they worked as a Multicultural Children's Fair Assistant Director and later became the Multicultural Children's Faire Director at UC Davis Picnic Day, where they collaborated with the Board of Directors, managed recruitment, and cultivated relationships with stakeholders. In 2015, they were an Events & Marketing Assistant at Cancer Council NSW, assisting in the planning and implementation of fundraising events and coordinating communication with sponsors. Later in 2015, they became a CAPA Ambassador at CAPA The Global Education Network. In 2016, they worked as an Outreach Program Specialist at Girl Scouts San Diego, where they provided programming and facilitated activities for girls in underrepresented communities. Lilibeth also worked as an Operations Coordinator at Galileo Learning, where they managed camp paperwork, provided coaching to summer interns, and assessed camp operations. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at MAAC (MAAC Project) as a Family & Community Engagement Coordinator and later as a Family & Community Engagement Specialist. In these roles, they built partnerships, provided training and technical assistance, coordinated community events and workshops, and managed program leadership cohorts. Currently, they are working as an External Relationships Manager, Advocacy & Public Partnerships at DonorsChoose.

Lilibeth Resendiz started their higher education journey in 2012 when they enrolled at the University of California, Davis. Lilibeth pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations and Affairs, successfully completing their studies in 2016.

After taking a break from academia, Lilibeth Resendiz decided to continue their educational endeavors and is currently enrolled at California State University, Northridge. Lilibeth began their studies in 2022 and is expected to complete a Master of Public Administration - MPA degree by 2024. The specific field of study for their master's degree has not been provided.
