James L. has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. James started their career at TGI Fridays in 2005, where they worked as a Server, Host, and Bartender until 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Junior Accountant at James W. Kerr P.A., where they managed tax returns, bookkeeping, and assisted with client issues. James then joined Best Buy in 2011 as a General Manager, responsible for managing the store, employee performance appraisals, business planning, and sales goals. Since 2014, James has been working at DonorSearch as the Director of Operations. In this role, they have built the HR department, managed payroll, and handled forecasting, budgeting, and expense management.

James L. attended Frostburg State University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
