Steph Douglas has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Steph is currently the CEO and Founder of Don't Buy Steph'sFlowers, a company focused on creating thoughtful gift boxes that encourage recipients to take time for themselves. Steph established the business in 2014 and expanded its offerings to include gifts for men, kids, teens, and women.

Prior to founding their own company, Steph worked as an Integrated Marketing Manager at EDF Energy from 2009 to 2014. In this role, they led the activation of the London 2012 sponsorship and successfully promoted the EDF Energy brand as the leading domestic Olympic sponsor. Steph also spearheaded Team Green Britain, an initiative aimed at helping people reduce their carbon footprint.

Before their time at EDF Energy, Steph worked as a Senior Communications Officer at the UK Department of Health for a few months in 2008.

In 2007, they served as a Marketing and Communications Project Manager at LSC, where they managed campaigns promoting education funding. Steph developed strategies and ensured the integration of national messaging with regional teams.

Steph's earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Account Manager in the Client Account Team at the Central Office of Information from 2005 to 2007. Steph managed government department campaigns, including the introduction of the Smoking Ban in Wales and Smoking Cessation.

Steph'scareer started in 2002 as an Information Officer at the Government News Network (COI), where they worked until 2005.
