Steph Douglas has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Steph is currently the CEO and Founder of Don't Buy Steph'sFlowers, a company focused on creating thoughtful gift boxes that encourage recipients to take time for themselves. Steph established the business in 2014 and expanded its offerings to include gifts for men, kids, teens, and women.

Prior to founding their own company, Steph worked as an Integrated Marketing Manager at EDF Energy from 2009 to 2014. In this role, they led the activation of the London 2012 sponsorship and successfully promoted the EDF Energy brand as the leading domestic Olympic sponsor. Steph also spearheaded Team Green Britain, an initiative aimed at helping people reduce their carbon footprint.
