Rommel Jitman

Rommel Jitman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the food production industry. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Donut Time Concord Bakery since July 2019, Rommel has previously held several key positions at Weston Foods (Canada) Inc. from December 2010 to July 2019, including Plant Manager, Plant Coordinator, and Production and Materials Manager. Prior roles also include Plant Manager at Annettes Donuts and Supply Chain Coordinator at Tasty Selections. Rommel began a career as General Coordinator at Coby's Cookies from April 2001 to March 2007. Educational background includes a degree in Accounting and Management from the School of Accounting and Management, HACCP certifications from GFTC, and an ISO 9001 Internal Auditor qualification from the University of Guelph.
