Amy Stever

Amy Stever is an accomplished professional with significant experience in recruitment and talent acquisition strategy. Currently serving as the Global Head of Recruiting Strategy and Operations at DoorDash since February 2025, Stever previously held the position of Vice President of Growth and Strategy at PSG Global Solutions from July 2024 to February 2025. A substantial tenure at Amazon from April 2016 to July 2024 included roles such as Senior Leader, Head of Global Outsourcing in Talent Acquisition and Senior Leader in Program Management for Talent Acquisition, alongside experience as Manager of Vendor Management and Workforce Strategy. Prior to Amazon, Stever worked at Kelly Services from January 2010 to January 2016, where responsibilities included Recruitment Operations Sr. Manager and Recruitment Operations Supervisor, focusing on large National Accounts.
