Anfernee Gray

Anfernee Gray serves as a Product Compliance Manager in the 2nd Line of Defense at DoorDash since May 2025. Prior experience includes an interim dual role at Google from November 2022 to June 2025, supporting the Payments and Enterprise Risk Management teams, along with serving as Global Compliance Lead for the Office of the Chief Compliance Officer, where responsibilities included anti-money laundering and team leadership. Anfernee also held the position of Head of Global Compliance Training at Google Payments, focusing on strategy, operations, and program management. Earlier roles at OppFi included serving as an Employee Resource Group Leader and handling strategy and operations related to AML, regulatory compliance, and credit underwriting between May 2018 and April 2020. Anfernee holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Purdue University and is pursuing a Master's in Law with a concentration in Corporate Compliance and Financial Services at Fordham University School of Law, scheduled to complete in January 2027.
