Donnie Shelby

Donnie Shelby is an experienced leader in safety and security operations with a demonstrated history in various sectors. Most recently, Donnie served as Director of Global Safety and Security Operations at DoorDash, overseeing multiple related roles such as Asset Protection and Global Environment Health and Safety from July 2022 to October 2024. Prior to DoorDash, Donnie held the position of Director of Safety and Health at GXO Logistics, managing safety across the global 3PL contract supply chain. Donnie's expertise also includes significant roles in global environmental health and safety at Whole Foods Market, where oversight of over 500 locations was maintained, and in environmental health and safety management at The Home Depot and Walmart, where comprehensive field safety was directed for extensive operations. Donnie holds a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and an Associate's degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Eastern Oklahoma State College.
