Ilya Polyakov

Ilya Polyakov is a seasoned professional in robotics and engineering, currently serving as the Head of Hardware at DoorDash since July 2018, where Ilya focuses on developing next-generation robotics for practical business applications. Previously, as Co-Founder and CTO of Revolve Robotics from May 2012 to May 2017, Ilya was instrumental in creating KUBI, a robotic telepresence solution. Ilya's experience includes roles as Engineering Project Manager and Senior Mechanical Engineer at Artificial Muscle, Inc., and ownership at TCR Systems. Additional experience encompasses technical roles at ATS Automation Tooling Systems and participation in the Battlebots series from 1999 to 2003. Ilya holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
