Mike Rouleau is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in hardware development and robotics. Currently serving as the Head of Hardware and Cofounder at Verve Motion since March 2020, Mike previously held the position of Research Fellow at Harvard University from December 2015 to March 2020, where Mike developed innovative "soft exoskeleton" solutions for industry workers and stroke survivors. Mike's early career includes roles as a Graduate Researcher at the Terrestrial Robotics Engineering & Controls Lab and Robotics and Mechanisms Lab, a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Synapse Product Development and Canon, and a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Virginia Tech. Mike holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech, earned between 2009 and 2015.
