Juncao Li

Juncao Li is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software and hardware engineering across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at DoorDash since January 2022, Juncao focuses on growth engineering and the application of machine learning and large language models to enhance user growth. Previously, in a role as Senior Director of Engineering at Lime, Juncao managed cross-functional teams across the US, China, and Poland, overseeing the development of advanced hardware products such as e-scooters and e-bikes, as well as software solutions for IoT and fleet management. Juncao's background includes significant positions at Aibee Inc., Uber, and Microsoft, where responsibilities ranged from leading engineering teams to developing verification tools for various technologies. Juncao holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Portland State University and advanced degrees in Electronic Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology.
