Luis Martinez-Moure

Luis Martinez-Moure is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and operations, currently serving as a Manager of Strategy & Operations in Pricing at DoorDash since November 2020. In addition to this role, Luis is a Founding Mentor and Podcast Host at The Commons, an organization focused on workforce development. Previously, Luis held the position of Associate in Strategy & Business Operations at Instacart, where co-founded and co-led Sazón, the company’s Latinx Employee Resource Group. Prior experience includes roles as an Analyst in Operations Strategy at Delta Air Lines and a brief internship at the U.S. House of Representatives. Luis holds educational credentials from Duke University, The London School of Economics and Political Science, and Boğaziçi University, along with a high school diploma from Unidad Educativa Bilingüe Torremar.
