Matt Cox

Matt Cox is an experienced finance and strategy professional currently serving as the Head of Finance & Strategy at DoorDash since August 2022. Previously, Matt held various leadership roles at Sobeys from September 2018 to August 2022, including Head of E-Commerce Finance, Acting Senior Vice President for E-commerce, and Director of Finance for the partnership with Ocado. Prior to Sobeys, Matt worked at Amazon from June 2015 to September 2018, where notable achievements included receiving multiple awards for outstanding performance. Matt also worked as a Manager of Strategy at Laing O'Rourke from March 2014 to June 2015. Academically, Matt holds a BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of East Anglia and is a qualified ACA from ICAEW. Additionally, Matt is currently a Director on the Board of Directors for the Centennial Infant and Child Centre Foundation from November 2023 to March 2025.
