Mike Desanto

Mike DeSanto possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, having held various leadership roles across prominent companies. At DoorDash from November 2020 to March 2025, Mike served as Head of High Volume Recruitment for the US and Canada, as well as Head of New Verticals Recruiting and Regional Recruiting Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at IKEA from October 2017 to August 2020, and Talent Acquisition Manager at Best Buy from October 2015 to October 2017. Mike's career began at Kaplan Test Prep, where responsibilities included managing the Student Brand Ambassador Program and talent acquisition. Earlier roles also include being a Store Manager at American Eagle Outfitters from May 2004 to September 2011. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Penn State University and is a graduate of Abington Heights High School.
