Nick Klute

Nick Klute is an experienced professional in compensation design, people programs, and organizational development. Currently serving as Director of Compensation Design and Delivery at DoorDash since January 2021, Nick has a track record of redesigning employee lifecycle events to enhance employee experience and improve business productivity. As the Founder and President of Annagram, LLC, Nick enables leaders to find creative solutions to complex people and leadership challenges. Prior roles include Head of People Programs, Analytics & Development at Auction.com, where Nick oversaw learning and development for over 1,300 employees, and Senior Manager positions focused on engineering enablement and talent development at Nimble Storage. Nick’s career also includes significant roles at Agilent Technologies, New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, and Dattner Consulting, complemented by academic credentials including an M.A. in I/O Psychology from New York University and a B.A. in Psychology and Social Behavior from UC Irvine.
