Peyton Chen

Peyton Chen is a skilled Software Engineer currently working at DoorDash on the Payment Fraud Team, where notable achievements include leading a Hackathon-winning team to develop a novel proof of payment fraud detection method that resulted in a published utility patent. Prior to this role, Peyton served as a Backend Developer at Stanford HCI Group, contributing to the development of the Carta platform, and interned at various prestigious organizations including DoorDash, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Smule, where significant projects included the creation of an end-to-end self-service delivery debugging platform, a data management solution saving millions in operational costs, and a custom music source separation process.
