Qianwen Dong

Qianwen Dong is a Staff Product Designer at DoorDash since October 2021, where responsibilities include leading design for the core consumer team and managing an AI chat platform supporting multiple surfaces. Qianwen also founded the Support & Operation Platform design team, focusing on internal and merchant tooling. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Product Designer at Salesforce from July 2018 to October 2021, leading design for Tableau CRM Analytics and AI Applications, and shipping five products that enhanced annual contract value and adoption. In 2016, Qianwen worked as a UI/UX Designer at The Barbarian Group, contributing to projects for major clients such as Pepsi, IBM, and GE. Qianwen holds two Master of Arts degrees from Savannah College of Art and Design, one in Service Design & Design Management and another in Industrial and Product Design.
