Suha Can

Suha Can is a seasoned cybersecurity professional currently serving as the VP and CISO at DoorDash since March 2025. Prior experience includes positions as CISO and VP of Engineering at Grammarly, where responsibilities included overseeing Security, Privacy, Responsible AI, GRC, Fraud & Abuse, and IT globally, alongside leading the software engineering team developing the Grammarly Business product. Suha Can has also held significant roles at Amazon, serving as Director of Security Engineering for Amazon Payments, and as a Senior Manager where the Payments Security team was founded and scaled. Previous positions at Microsoft involved leadership roles in product security engineering and vulnerability response. Early career experiences include security engineering at AWS and positions at AirTies Wireless Networks and GSULinuX. Suha Can holds an Executive MBA from the UW Foster School of Business and a Master of Science in Distributed Software Engineering from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
