Fernando Montiel has a diverse work experience in the field of design and user experience. Fernando started their career as an intern in Strategy Design and Art Direction at El Cañonazo. Fernando then worked as a Communication and Events specialist at AP Hogeschool Antwerpen, where they were responsible for corporate identity design, organizing events, and managing communication.

In 2019, Fernando joined MiGRATION as an Art Director and Researcher. Here, they contributed to innovation, digital transformation, and design of new value propositions. Fernando utilized Design Thinking methodologies for business projects and focused on user experience.

Following that, Fernando worked at WAM We are marketing as an Art Director and Product Designer. During this time, they were involved in art direction and product design.
