Raghu Raj Nair is a Co-Founder & Chief Revenue Officer at DoorMonk since 2020. Raghu has been consulting the team for planning, development and implementation of all of the Organization's marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities. Raghu is responsible for product positioning and developing key relationships in the US/Canada market to insure unique value proposition. Raghu is also responsible for marketing budget and innovative frugal ways to achieve the quarter milestones, including advertising, print collateral, trade shows and seminars. Prior to this, they were a Sales Team Lead-Mechanical at Al Kout Industrial Projects Co. from 2011 to 2020. Raghu's responsibilities included achieving and exceeding region's monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota, strategic and unit sales mix objectives, profit goal and market share goals. Raghu also wrote, translated and understood technical specifications for proper valve selection and optimization. Raghu developed sales plans and strategies to increase market penetration within the region.

Raghu Raj Nair completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth between 2003 and 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the same institution between 2000 and 2003.
