Chitransh Jain is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and strategic marketing. Serving at FieldAssist since August 2017, Chitransh holds multiple titles including Chief Customer Officer, Head of Customer Success, AVP - Customer Success, and Customer Success Manager. Prior to FieldAssist, Chitransh was the Chief Marketing Strategist at Reweyou, where the focus was on facilitating unbiased public opinions from diverse stakeholders. Earlier career stages included roles as Senior Engineer-Mineral and Graduate Engineering Trainee at Tata Consulting Engineers Limited, and training positions at Tata Steel and Hindustan Zinc Limited. Chitransh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mineral Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad.
