Ron van der Net

Ron van der Net has extensive experience in strategic management and directing roles across various organizations. Since April 2018, Ron has been serving as Strategiemanager at Gig2U. In addition, Ron has held dual positions of Strategiedirecteur and Algemeen directeur at Doorwerkgever since March 1998, where the organization implements the doorwerkCAO through the secondment of employees. Previous roles include serving as a Bestuurder for both the Vereniging van Doorwerkgevers (vDWG) from April 2011 to January 2015, focusing on promoting work continuation after retirement, and for Stichting Senior Werkt from January 2005 to January 2012, where Ron oversaw research on prolonged work in the healthcare sector. Ron also owned Senior Uitzendbureau from January 1996 to January 2008, facilitating recruitment amid the impending demographic shifts in the labor market.
