Roland Soedamah

Roland Soedamah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in infrastructure consultancy and management. Currently serving as Algemeen Directeur at Buro CITE since 2002 and at Caribe Building Systems since 2018, Roland also holds the position of Group CEO at RD&S Group, overseeing multiple specialized companies in infrastructure, urban development, and application development. Roland has been influential in founding Scintillant, promoting innovative urban development solutions, and has undertaken various leadership roles, including interim management positions in local government organizations. Roland's educational background includes studies at Delft University of Technology and The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
