Damien Joos de Ter Beerst

Damien Joos de ter Beerst's work experience begins in 2001 when they worked as a Junior Associate at BERTOUILLE& PARTNERS. Damien then worked as an Associate at Lawfort from 2005 to 2007 before joining EVEREST advocaten.avocats.attorneys as a Senior Associate until 2009. From 2009 to 2014, they served as the Legal Director at Doosan Bobcat EMEA, where they managed the legal department for a $1 billion business. From 2014 to 2017, Damien held the position of General Counsel EMEA at Doosan Bobcat EMEA, and from 2017 to 2022, they served as the General Counsel EMEA with overall responsibility for the legal and compliance aspects of the business. Currently, Damien holds the position of Vice President Legal & Compliance at Doosan Bobcat EMEA.

Damien Joos de ter Beerst attended Université catholique de Louvain from 1995 to 2001, where they pursued a Master's degree in Law. In 2001, they briefly studied at The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg, focusing on Legal studies.
