Dharmarajan Paramasivam

Dharmarajan Paramasivam is an experienced professional in manufacturing engineering and fabrication, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Doosan Bobcat India and Doosan Bobcat EMEA since August 2022. With a tenure at Caterpillar Inc. beginning in February 2008, Dharmarajan has held roles ranging from Supplier Development Engineer to Section Manager, leading teams in the development of parts for Off-Highway trucks and achieving high-quality standards in manufacturing. Previous positions include Engineering roles at AE & E Chennai Works and GB Engineering Enterprises, where focus was on welding and production processes. Dharmarajan holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, completed in 2005.
