Felix Colon has extensive experience in technical product support and service training management, currently serving as the Technical Product Support Manager for Doosan Infracore North America since January 2007. In this role, Felix oversees both compact and heavy service training departments, managing a team that includes service training instructors and administrative support. Prior to this position, Felix worked as a Service Shop Foreman at Metrac Construction Equipment from September 1999 to January 2007. Felix holds a Bachelor's Degree in eBusiness Management from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2009 and 2012.
