Clive Kilford is an accomplished Design Engineer and Programme Manager with extensive experience in product development and engineering management. Currently working as the New Product Development (Programme) Manager at Doosan Bobcat Engineering s.r.o. since February 2013, Clive directs initiatives for EMEA mini-excavator and compact wheel loader projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Clive's career highlights include directing the successful launch of the Bobcat Compact Wheel Loader line, elevating Bobcat's market positioning in the excavator segment, and leading cross-functional teams in previous engineering roles at various companies, including Delta Motorsport and Piper Design, where significant contributions to high-performance projects were made.
