In Chang Hwang

In Chang Hwang is currently the Team Leader of the HR team at Doosan Robotics since November 2023, focusing on overall HR management, labor relations, and general affairs. Previously, Hwang has served as Senior Manager in the HR Planning Team at Doosan since November 2020, where responsibilities included recruitment planning for the Doosan Group and enhancing the group’s hiring practices. Between January 2008 and November 2020, Hwang worked as HRD Manager at Doosan Research Institute, leading projects on new learning methods and developing digital transformation initiatives. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction from December 2010 to January 2018, focusing on workforce planning, as well as an internship in public sales at IBM Korea in early 2010. Hwang holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Kyeongbook University, completed in February 2011.
