Caio Moura Santos

Caio Moura Santos has extensive managerial experience, currently serving as a Manager, Case Leader, and Senior Consultant at EloGroup since January 2017. Prior to this role, Caio held several positions at CT Junior from December 2014 to December 2016, including Executive President, Project Director, and Project Manager, where responsibilities included enhancing internal culture and implementing agile management methodologies. Additionally, Caio volunteered at Semana de Administração in 2015. In terms of education, Caio holds a Postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance, M&A, and Equity from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, a Civil Engineering degree from Ufes - Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, and a Technical degree in Ports from Ifes - Instituto Federal do Espírito Santo.
