Noelia Rosemberg

Head of Customer Experience at Doppler Email Marketing

Noelia Rosemberg is the current Customer Support Supervisor at Doppler Email Marketing. Prior to this, they worked as an advisor for quality and continuous improvement at Provincia ART from September 2009 to September 2011. In this role, they were responsible for writing policies, standards, and procedures; conducting surveys and analyzing new processes; optimizing existing processes; and developing and implementing a customer interface (CRM). Some of their notable achievements include successfully completing all required documentation on time and in compliance with SRT Resolution 734/08, as well as training approximately 285 employees from various departments on customer service over the course of 62 hours.

From January 2007 to December 2007, Rosemberg worked as a Colaboradora Ad Honorem for Fundación Compromiso. In September 2011, they became the Responsable del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad for QM Equipment, a position they held until March 2014.

Noelia Rosemberg has a degree in Quality Engineering from the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, and a degree in Industrial Design from the Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata. Noelia also has a certification from the Secretaría de Cultura y Extensión Universitaria de la Facultad Regional Buenos Aires de la Universidad Tecnológica Nacional in Product Owner: Gestión de productos con metodologías ágiles.
