Prior to that, they were the CEO of Caesarstone Israel and Tambour's Paint Division, where they successfully managed large teams and achieved significant sales growth. Dudi also held leadership roles at smarTrike and Kast silicone devices, where they led successful turnaround programs and improved profitability. Additionally, Dudi has experience in business development at Keter, one of the world's largest plastics manufacturers. Dudi began their career at KPMG and also served in the Israel Defense Forces as a Paratrooper Course Commander. Dudi Friedman holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a finance major from Tel Aviv University, which was completed from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from the same university, accomplished from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, they acquired a CPA certification from Tel Aviv University in the year 2000.
