Jiannan Zhang has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2014, Jiannan founded DoraHacks, a global hackathon organizer and multi-chain Web3 developer platform. As Founder & CEO, they built a community of developers and facilitated funding for over 4000 projects. Jiannan is currently working as an Architect at Dora Factory, starting in 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Board Director at TrueChain Foundation from 2017 to 2019, where they co-designed the consensus protocol and implemented fruit chain and PBFT-PoW hybrid consensus. In 2014, Jiannan founded TopHacker Group, a platform providing technology transformation solutions to clients in AI, Blockchain, and traditional industries. At CERN, as a Summer Student in 2013, Jiannan contributed to LHC@Home Test4Theory and prepared for Citizen Science Challenges. Jiannan also worked as a Research Assistant at Tsinghua University from 2012 to 2013 and as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota in 2012. Overall, Jiannan Zhang has demonstrated a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to technological innovation.

Jiannan Zhang completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science at the University of Oxford from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Engineering at the University of Minnesota. Jiannan Zhang's education journey started at Beijing Jiaotong University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Mathematics (Dual Degree with University of Minnesota) from 2008 to 2011.
