Tim Walsh

VP, Development at Doral Renewables

Tim is a passionate believer that renewable energy can be a major driver in reducing the reliance on fossil fuels and has over a decade of experience working to help make that a reality. In 2007 he started in wind project development in the eastern US with Gamesa Energy, then expanded internationally as a consultant in 2012 to help bring online Panama’s first wind farm. Most recently, as a Director of International Development for Invenergy, Tim oversaw project development and M&A efforts in six countries which resulted in the construction or acquisition of 140 MWs of operating renewables projects and a gigawatt of advanced stage development assets. Tim graduated from Penn State with a BA in International Relations, has an MBA from IESE in Barcelona, and is a Fulbright Scholar.
