Sherry Guo

Sherry Guo currently serves as the Vice President of Analytical Development and Quality Control at Vaxcyte since October 2018, having previously held the position of Senior Director in the same department. Prior to Vaxcyte, Sherry Guo was the Head of Global Analytical Science and Technology at Genentech from 2014 to October 2018. With a solid foundation in analytical chemistry, Sherry Guo's career includes significant roles at Abbott Laboratories from 2003 to 2014, where responsibilities spanned Senior Manager and Manager of Analytical R&D, and as a Senior Scientist at Johnson & Johnson from 1996 to 2003. Sherry Guo began professional experience as a Research Scientist at Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Limited. Sherry Guo earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Michigan.
