Naomi Gatiss

Naomi Gatiss is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources and legal services. Currently serving as HR Manager at Doran Consulting since April 2022, Naomi previously held the same position at Outcomes First Group from December 2017 to March 2022. Naomi's career in HR began at Peninsula UK, where roles included HR Face2Face Consultant, HR Face2Face Paralegal, and Legal Services Caseworker from August 2013 to December 2017. Prior experience also includes a position as Legal Assistant at Herbert Smith Freehills from June 2012 to August 2013. Naomi Gatiss holds a Bar Professional Training Course in Legal Practice from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Law with French LLB degree from Ulster University.
