Peter Palsma

Peter Palsma has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Peter currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer/Directeur Bedrijfsvoering at Dorcas since June 2019. In addition, they have held positions such as Bestuurder at Jeugdbescherming Overijssel from January 2018 to August 2019 and Algemeen Directeur at Leger des Heils Jeugdbescherming & Reclassering from October 2012 to December 2017. Peter also worked as a Manager ICT Infrastructuur at Agrotel/Agroportal from 2000 to 2003 and as a Systeem engineer and ICT projectleider at Bloemenveiling Aalsmeer from October 1996 to 1999.

Peter Palsma graduated from the University of Twente in 1996 with a degree in Technische Informatica. Peter later pursued further education in 1999 and obtained a Master of Science degree in ICT Management from CIBIT in 2001. In 2012, they attended the International House of TOC for a course in Theory of Constraints voor dienstverlening.
