Henk Massink has extensive experience in policy development and leadership roles within various governmental and non-governmental organizations. Currently serving as a Coordinating Policy Officer at the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Food Security and Nature since July 2024, Henk has held similar positions at the Dutch Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs. With a strong involvement in agricultural policy and research, Henk has contributed to European agricultural policies and stimulated research relevant to the agri-food sector during tenure at the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation. Additionally, Henk has been a member of the Supervisory Board at Dorcas and served as a Board Member for SGP, as well as chairing SGP-International. Educationally, Henk holds a PhD in Sustainability from Radboud University, along with master's degrees in Philosophy and Theology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Leiden University, respectively.
