Sheri R. Hubbard

Ms. Hubbard is a lifelong resident of Dorchester County. She graduated from South Dorchester High School in 1973. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English and a minor in teaching from Washington College. She began her teaching career at Cambridge-South Dorchester High School, and during her career she earned a Master’s Degree in Education from Salisbury University. She earned certification as a reading teacher and taught secondary reading for nine years. Ms. Hubbard then earned certification in Educational Leadership from Wilmington University, and served as Assistant Principal at North Dorchester Middle School before she retired after 39 years of faithful, dedicated service to the students of Dorchester County. Ms. Hubbard serves on the Board of Concerned Citizens of Northern Dorchester and represents District 4 as an elected member of the Dorchester County Board of Education. She lives in Hurlock, and has a son, Adam.
